中文摘要 | 由本省的洋香瓜黑點根腐病病根組織分離至Monosporascus cannonballus之MC- E3及MC-RC菌株,用於測定克收欣、依普座、平克座、依滅列、待克利及三得芬對其菌絲生 長的影響,以平克座對菌絲生長的半抑制濃度較高(1.5 μg/ml以上),而其他藥劑對二菌株 菌絲生長的半抑制濃度在0.75μg/ml以下,MC-E3菌株對於克收欣、依普座及三得芬的感受 性較MC-RC菌株為敏感。殺菌劑對盆栽洋香瓜黑點根腐病之防治試驗結果顯示,50%克收欣水 分散性粒劑1000倍稀釋液對本病有良好防治效果,而12%依普座水懸劑及24.9%待克利乳劑 1000倍稀釋液灌注後,造成植株藥害。 |
英文摘要 | Kresoxim-methyl, epoxiconazole, penconazole, imazalil, difenoconazole, and tridemorph were tested for their ability to inhibit mycelial growth of Monosporascus cannonballus (isolates MC-E3 and MC-RC). The IC□ of kresoxim-methyl, epoxiconazole, imazalil, difenoconazole, and tridemorph were below 0.75 μg/ml. The sensitivity of two isolates to six fungicides was different. The isolate MC-1E3 showed more sensitive to kresoxim-methyl, epoxiconazole, and tridemorph than the isolate MC-RC. In potted plant trial, the water dispersible granules of kresoxim-methyl was the most effective among the three tested chemicals in controlling the disease. Whereas the suspension concentrate of epoxiconazole and the emulsifiable concentrate of difenoconazole induced muskmelon ( Cucumis melo ) to have severe phytotoxicity. |
