中文摘要 | 本文研究再生混凝土抗壓強度與舊混凝土強度之關係,並探討再生混凝土強度成 長之行為。試驗之舊混凝土強度取13.7、20.6及27.5 MPa,並考慮水灰比為0.45、0.60及 0.75三種,分別製作(再生細骨材+再生粗骨材)及(再生粗骨材+天然砂)之再生混凝土圓柱試 體,測求各材齡為7天及28天之抗壓強度,同時並取一組試體測其材齡分別為1、3、7、14、 28、60及90天之抗壓強度,以研析其強度成長行為。 試驗結果顯示,於高水灰比時,再生混凝土之抗壓強度與普通混凝土相差不大,但水灰 比愈小其差距愈大;當水灰比為0.45時,再生混凝土之抗壓強度約為普通混凝土的71~78%。 並且舊混凝土之強度愈大,愈有利於再生混凝土強度之提升,而由再生粗、細骨材所製作之 再生混凝土較由再生粗骨材及天然砂製作而成之混凝土強度為高。此外,再生混凝土之強度 成長,早期較普通混凝土快;但14天以後則較為緩慢。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigates the relationship of compressive strength between recycle concrete and old concrete. It also investigates the growth behavior of recycle concrete strength. The test variables include the strength of old concrete (13.7,20.6,27.5MPa) and water-cement ratio (0.45,0.60,0.75). Experimental work was performed to obtained compressive strength at selected aggregate, from which the growth of recycle concrete strength was analyzed. The test results show that the gap of compressive strength between recycle concrete and conventional concrete is increased with the higher water-cement ratio. The strength of recycle concrete is about 71~78 percent of conventional concrete when water-cement ratio is 0.45. The strength of recycle concrete is also increased with the higher original strength of recycle aggregates. Furthermore, the strength of concrete contains recycled concrete both as coarse and fine aggregate is higher than that contained recycled concrete as coarse aggregate. Besides, the increasing rates of the growth of recycle concrete strength is faster than conventional concrete at early age, but it is slowly after 14 days. |
