中文摘要 | 本研究以Freundlich等溫式平衡式為基礎,利用理想級數理論,針對共流多級吸 附程序進行理論解析,獲得計算共流二級和三級吸附劑使用量之方程式及各級間濃度之方程 式,並將理論方程式經由數值方法運算,所得結果加以繪圖,以探討各變數(吸附劑使用量 ,廢水出入口濃度比,Freundlich 常數 n 和各級間濃度比)之間的關係。同時,提出一種 簡捷的繪圖法,以獲得共流多級吸附劑之使用量,使三級以上由理論解析較複雜之問題,能 夠獲得較簡捷的解決方法。此外,藉由粉狀吸附劑活性白土在攪拌槽進行染料溶液之共流多 級吸附實驗,證實理論解析之準確性,解決了粉狀吸附劑在單批式吸附時,吸附容量偏低的 問題,提供評估最佳操作級數之依據,並做為設計共流多級吸附程序之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Adsorption analysis based on Freundlich isotherm was developed in wastewater treatment through cocurrent multistage process. Derived equations that contained the variables of n constant (Freundlich isotherm) and effluent concentration were established to esimate the adsorbent dosages and effluent concentrations in the cocurrent two-and three-stage processes. A simple plot method was also created in stead of the above equations. This method is useful for the estimation of adsorbent dosages, effluent concentration, n constant in Freundlich equation, and the concentration ratio between stages. Experimental investigation of the multistage proess adsorption in powder activated clay-dye wastewater system was verified and found that the good meet in the developed equations and simple plot method, and would be refereed in the future. |
