英文摘要 | Micro orifice uniform deposit impactor (MOUDI), Noll Rotary Impactor (NRI), TSP (Total Suspended Particle) and Universal samplers were used to determine the particle size distribution in the rural and traffic sampling site of Taichung. The ratios of coarse (2.5∼10 m)/TSP were from 44% to 56%, averaged 49% and from 24% to 63%, averaged 51% for day and night time, respectively in the traffic sampling site. And the ratio of coarse/TSP were from 76% to 85% and from 50% to 91% for day and night period, respectively in the rural sampling site. Size distributions of particle mass were all bimodal in either day or night period at rural and traffic sampling site. The results indicated that the day time particle size distribution shifted to the coarse particle mode as the wind speed increased, and shifted to the fine particle size mode as the wind speed decreased. This phenomenon also appeared in the night time of the traffic sampling area. It indicated that the mass median diameter (MMD) in the day time was larger than that of night time in both traffic and rural site, High relationship between geometric standard deviation (σg ) and wind speed during day period indicated that high wind speed coarse particles of larger size were entrained into the atmosphere at either traffic or rural area. |
