中文摘要 | 九個黛粉葉品種在10℃低溫處理前,測定其葉片厚度、綠斑比及分析葉片組織之可溶性蛋白質、可溶性醣類及澱粉含量,並於10℃低溫處理1至4日後,將供試材料移至溫室,經4日後觀察寒害症狀。處理前「翡綠」、「金道」、「大王萬年青」及「多枝夏雪」等品種之綠斑比超過90%,「白玉變種」、「白玉」、「邱比特」之綠斑比分別為19.8%、15.6%及4.9%。葉片厚度以「金道」的520um最厚,「翡綠」及「多枝夏雪」葉片厚度較薄為 372um。 供試九個品種經10℃低溫處理後,「大王萬年青」、「多枝夏雪」及「翡綠」等品種受寒害程度較輕外,其餘品種均達2.5級以上之寒害等級。寒害症狀等級與葉片厚度呈正相關,與葉片可溶性蛋白質含量呈負相關。 |
英文摘要 | The chilling injury effects on nine cultivars of Dieffenbachia was evaluated by comparing the morphological and biochemical characteristics of plant before and after exposing under 10℃ for one to four days. The characteristics compared included leaf thichness, foliar variegation ratio (FVR), soluble protein, soluble sugar, and starch contents of in leaves. Before treatment, the FVR of Dieffenbachia 'Jupiter', D.'Camilla', D.'Veerle' was 4.9%, 15.6% and 19.8%, respectively. However, the FVR of the other tested cultivar was more than 90%. The thickest leaf appeared on D. 'Hillo' was 520 um. The thinnest leaf appeared on D. 'Jade Green', D. 'Alex and Tropic Snow' was 372 um. After chilling treatment, D. amoena, D. 'Alex Tropic snow' and D. 'Jade Green' were only slightly injuried, where the injury index of the other six cultivars was up to 2.5. The chilling injury was positively correlated with the leaf thickness and negatively correlated with the leaf contents of soluble proteins. |
