中文摘要 | 傳統統醫學認為老化是因為腎虛所導致。本研究利用體外培養人胚肺二倍體細胞 的老化模式來檢驗補腎方劑-六味地黃湯的抗老化作用,並以補氣方劑-四君子湯作比較。 實驗同時亦測培養細胞中超氧化物歧化�t (SOD) 及谷胱���騛L氧化物�t (GSH-Px),結果顥 示六味地黃湯可以有效延長培養細胞的存活代數。 細胞的 SOD 及 GSH-Px 酵素活性亦明顯 升高, 暗示本藥之抗老化療效的可能機轉是提昇 SOD 酵素活性而達到清除自由基的作用。 實驗中另選用的補氣方劑-四君子湯則無抗老化之作用。 |
英文摘要 | The model of culture human embryo lung diploid cells was introduced to evaluate the antiaging effect of Chinese medicines. In order to search for a possible mechanism of ageing, the enzyme activites of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured in different generations of cultured cells. An obvious anti-aging effect of Luh-Wey-Dih-Hwang-Tang (六味地黃 湯 )was found in cultured cells. The enzyme activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased remarkably in the group treated with Luh-Wey-Dih-Hwany-Tang. In the meanwhite, the life span of cultured cell in this group was significant increased when compared with control group and the group treated with Syh-jiun-Tzyy-Tang( 四君子湯 ). This results showed that the mechanism of anti-aging effect of Luh-Wey-Dih-Hwang-Tang is probably related to the induction of SOD and GSH-Px activity in cultured cells. |
