英文摘要 | A number of specific platelet activating factor (PAF) antagonists have been discovered by systematic variations of the structure of PAF. However, several natural products whose structures are totally unrelated to PAF display potent and specific PAF antagonism. The article involving PAF framework-related antagonists, natural occurring PAF antagonists, structurally novel synthetic antagonists and putative PAF recepter binding model is described. |
