英文摘要 | 本研究經由一項短期間實驗室生態設計,探討多氯聯苯在豐年蝦之蓄積o在24小 時之序氯聯苯污染後,發現幼豐年蝦由含1 ng mL 至200ng mL 之多氯聯蓄積量迅速的顯著 增加,其中經由 200 ng mL 污染處理之實驗組豐年蝦體有最多氯聯苯之含量 1630ng g(依 據濕重 );多氯聯苯在豐年蝦蓄積之百分比亦受到水中多氯聯苯濃度增加而有下降影響,隨 著多氯聯苯濃度增加而幼蝦存活率低,亦造成總懸固形物量之增加而影響多氯聯苯在幼蝦體 之蓄積程度。 eatment group to be 1630 ng g (wet weight basis) within 24-h accumulation. A decreasing survival of the nauplii was observed with increasing PCB concentrations in aqueous environments. Percentages of PCB accumulation by Artemia in aqueous environments were also decreased by the increase of PCB concentrations. The elevated amounts of total suspended solids were also found to be the factor that affect the degrees of PCB accumulation in the larvae. |
