中文摘要 | 胺基乙磺酸( taurine )為特殊的含硫胺基酸,其具有抗氧化作用,對數種葯物 副作用具有改善效果, 和可降低血液、 肝臟中之膽固醇量等功用。 本研究乃以大鼠( Wistar 系)為實驗動物,探討老鼠飼料中添加重金屬鉛和胺基乙磺酸,經飼養過後, 了解 胺基乙磺酸對鉛毒性之影響。結果顯示飼料中添加 150 ppm 及 300 ppm 鉛時,對老鼠成長 並無顯著影響。但飼料中添加了 5% 胺基乙磺酸,則老鼠之成長較控制者為佳。其次飼料中 添加 300 ppm 鉛, 經飼養老鼠八週後, 其血漿中之丙胺酸轉胺基酵素( alanine transaminase, ALT )和天冬胺酸轉胺基酵素( aspartate transaminase, AST )之酵素 活性,以及肝臟中丙二醛( malondialdehyde ,MDA )濃度明顯較控制組者提高。 若在飼 料中添加了胺基乙磺酸,則可降低血漿中 ALT、 AST 之酵素活性和 MDA 之濃度。另外,胺 基乙磺酸可降低老鼠肝臟和腎臟中之鉛蓄積量,提高糞便中鉛之排出量。顯示胺基乙磺酸可 降低重金屬鉛對生物體之傷害。 |
英文摘要 | Attempts are made to study the effect of dietary taurine on the toxicity of lead in male Wister rats. The rats were fed diets with or without supplements of 5% taurine and/or 150 and 300 ppm lead. The results indicated that the levels of lead and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver and the enzymatic activities of alanine transaminase (ALA) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in the plasma of the rats increased with increasing doses of lead. However, the levels of lead and MDA, and the activities of ALT and AST in rats fed with the supplement of taurine were significantly reduced. The level of lead in the faces of rats treated with taurine and lead was higher than that in rats treated with lead only. This indicates that taurine may play an important role in reducing the toxic effect of lead in rats. |
