中文摘要 | 本研究之現場型燃料電池發電廠係以管線瓦斯為燃料,由於電廠所在地瓦斯之 二氧化碳含量超出原廠規範,以致瓦斯熱值較原廠規定熱值下限為低。根據電廠運轉結果 顯示,低熱值瓦斯不僅會延長機組起動時間,降低發電效率,而且影響電力輸出改變時的 暫態響應。本文特就燃料電池發電廠在此種情況下的運轉性能提出分析結果。 |
英文摘要 | An on-site fuel cell power plant was installed in the premises of the Power Research Institute of the Taiwan Power Company for experimentation, demonstration and promotion purposes. Because the heating value of the pipeline gas supplying to stie is lower than that specified by the manufacturer, special procedures must be exercised in operating the power plant. This paper outlines these provisions. The results of the operation characteristics of the fuel cell power plant, such as the start-up procedure, the energy conversion efficiency and its transient response to a step increase of output power, are also presented. |
