英文摘要 | The methane concentration in gas samples could be determined over the range 0.1 to 10,000 mg/L by means of gas chromatography using the flame ionization detection. The methane concentration and the peak area of the chromatogram had a linear correlation (r□>0.99). From regression analysis, there was no significant difference among nine measurements during a 2-year test period. The methane concentration in the test acrylic chamber had good conservation properties for 2 h of incubation. Methane gas could be collected using one-step dilution, two-step dilution and replacement methods over 15 to 30 min accumulation times. An acrylic chamber with a metallic base could reduce the effect of disturbance on the soil methane emission. |
