中文摘要 | 本研究在開始時採用白色初產紐西蘭母兔 108 頭,測定飼糧中不同粗蛋白質消化 能含量對繁殖性能及仔兔生長性能的影響。母兔於 5 月齡體重約 4 公斤時初次配種,分 娩後即餵飼不同粗蛋白質及消化能含量的飼糧。試驗採3X3複因子、即飼糧粗蛋白質含量有 17% 、19% 及21% 三個等級,消化能含量分別為2450、2650及2850 kcal/kg,共有九種飼 糧組合。 母兔飼養於雙排懸吊式鐵線分娩欄內, 兔舍採自然光照, 母兔任食,並於分娩後 10 日刺激配種,哺乳期約為 30 日,水則自由飲用。 測定哺乳期母兔體重變化、仔兔增重 及育成率等性狀。結果顯示,飼糧不同粗蛋白質及消化能含量對初產母兔繁殖性能仔兔生長 性能,並未造成交互的影響。攝食消化能含量為 2650 kcal/kg 飼糧,初產或 1~ 3 產母兔 於哺乳期的增重顯著地 (P<0.05) 比攝食 2450 kcal/kg 或 2850 kcal/kg 等組為大。初產 或 1~ 3 產母兔以消化能含量 2650 kcal/kg之飼糧餵飼,其仔兔於哺乳期的0~3週及0~4 週的增重皆顯著地(P<0.05)大於餵飼消化能含量 2450 kcal/kg 或 2850 kcal/kg 之飼糧者 ,而1~3產母兔於哺乳期第3~4週的仔兔增重也以餵飼消化能含量 2650 kcal/kg飼糧者較大 ,仔兔於 3 週齡育成率或 4 週齡育成率則不受飼糧粗蛋白質或消化能含量的影響。綜上 所述,母兔以粗蛋白質含量 19% ,而消化能含量為 2650 kcal/kg之飼糧任食,對母兔於 哺乳期增重及仔兔哺乳期生長性能都有較佳的效果。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary protein (CP) and digestible energy (DE) contents during lactating periods on reproductive performance of does and growth of their pups. A total of 108 primiparous New Zealand white does were allocated randomly to 9 groups by the body weights and litters at the start of this study. Experiment was 3x3 factorial with CP levels of 17, 19 and 21% and De levels of 2450, 2650 and 2850 kcal/kg, respectively. Does were fed the experimental diets on an ad libitum basis after parturition and rebred on 10 d after kindling. Body weight change of does, growth rate of pups during lactating period were evaluated. Results showed that lactating does fed diet with 2650 kcal DE/kg had larger (P<0.05) weight gain. There were no differences in survivability of pups during 0~3 wk or 0~4 wk of the lactating period. First lactating or 1~3 lactating does fed on diet with 19% CP had larger (P<0.05) daily gain of pups during 0~4 wks of lactating period than those fed on the diets with 17% CP or 21% CP. Pups from all does fed on 2650 kcal DE/kg obtained larger (P<0.05) daily gain during 0~3 wks or 0~4 wks and 3~4 wks of lactating period. It was concluded that the does, under intensified production system, required diets with 19% crude protein and 2650 kcal DE/kg on an ad libitum basis to optimize the reproductive performance and growth of pups. |
