中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧粗蛋白含量及不同的餵飼方法對肥育期肉豬生長、養分消化 率及血液成分的影響。選取平均體重約15kg之三品種雜交肉豬64頭,於體重20~53kg階 段以粗蛋白質16%飼糧任飼,而於體重53kg始,依體重及胎次逢機分成四組,分別以粗蛋 白質含量16%及14.5%的飼糧任飼,以及粗蛋白質16%飼糧限飼且日餵一次或二次,測定 豬隻自體重53kg至90kg之每日增重,飼料利用效率及飼料攝食量,另於體重26、48及90kg 階段,測定豬隻對飼糧之養分消化率,並於體重24、48、72及98kg時抽取血液,測定血液 成分。結果顯示,以粗蛋白質含量16%飼糧任飼肥育豬,其飼料利用效率顯著地(P<0.05)優 於以粗蛋白質含量14.5%飼糧任飼者,任飼飼養之豬隻,其每日增重大於限飼飼養組,飼料 攝食量,任飼組比限飼組每日每頭多0.25kg。豬隻對飼糧之乾物質、粗蛋白質及粗纖維消化 率,於不同體重或不同飼養方法間,未有顯著的差異,肥育豬以粗蛋白質16%的飼糧任食, 其血清總蛋白質量及尿素氮含量都較高,綜上可見,肥育期豬隻在受熱緊迫狀況下,以16% 之粗蛋白質含量飼糧任食,和任飼14.5%粗蛋白質飼糧比較,有較佳的生長及飼料利用效率, 有利於生長性能。 |
英文摘要 | The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary crude protein (CP) and feeding regimen on growth, nutrient digestibilities and serum constituents of finishing pig. A total of 64 three-way crossbred finisher pigs were allocated into four groups by the litters and fed ad libitum with 16% and 14.5% CP levels and limited-fed with 16% CP once or twice a day. Average daily gain, feed efficiency, nutrient digestibility and serum constituents at different body weight stages were used as criteria for measurement. Result indicated that pigs fed ad libitum with diet containing 16% CP obtained larger daily gain than limited fed diet with 16% CP. A more efficient feed utilization was achieved when the pigs were fed with 16% CP diet than with 14.5% CP. There were no difference in nutrient digestibilities among the four dietary Pigs fed ad libitum 16% CP had higher (P<0.05) serum total protein and urea nitrogen than fed with 14.5% CP. The experiment indicated that during hot environment, finishing pig provided with 16% CP diet ad libitum had better growth and feed effieiency. |
