中文摘要 | 本研究以研磨做為化學共沉法製備之 ZTA 陶瓷粉未之粉率碎處理程序。利用不同 能量的粉碎機械處理共沉後的乾燥 ZTA 膠體粉未, 而由θ氧化鋁轉變成α氧化鋁之相變溫 度、粉未性質與燒結晶相密度來探討其影響。研究發現: 1. 研磨處理會使 ZTA 共沉膠體產 生相結換。2. ZTA 膠體粉末在熱處理的過程中,有γ (η ) →δ (θ ) →α Al �� O �� �酊漪衕鉥垓ㄔ矷A經研磨處理後除結晶破壞以外,球磨的能量會使氧化鋁之過渡相及 t-ZrO �洩漣峖邢贖袨ㄟ炕A且會減少相轉換中氧化鋁之過渡相,而由粉碎後的膠粉直接相轉換,且 α -Al �� O �做眼僧衈H著研磨能量增加而漸趨於良好的結晶。 3. 研磨作用時所產生的能 量因素及磨耗產生的磨屑皆是影響θ→α -Al �茨� O �婪迨妞衕鉥囿滬鴞]。 4. 研磨處理 使α相氧化鋁的結晶溫度降低,t 相氧化鋁結晶溫度提高,因此,過度研磨將使氧化鋯形成 微小晶粒包裹於氧化鋁結晶粒中。 |
英文摘要 | The treatment of ZTA gel powders by different energy intensity of commiunting machines during manufacturing process is the main scope of this study. The fractions of commiunting treatment were evaluated by the phase transformation temperature, powder properties and density of sintered ceramic body of these powders. The important results are:1.The commiunting treatment will induce the machine-chemical reaction on the gel powders of ZTA. 2.The displasive phase transformation temperature of Alumina phase before α -Al �� O �婪� and the t-ZrO �� phase of the commiunting treated ZTA gel powders will increase (comparing to mormal temperature) for the destroy of chemical bonds between ZTA powders. 3. The temperature of reconstructive phase transformation from low phases to α -Al �� O �婪� phase will decrease comparing the normal tempeature for the function of both the nucleation seed from abrasive chips of grinding balls and the destroy of chemical bonds between ZTA powders. 4.The over commiunting treatment will cause to decrease the formation temperature of α -Al �茨� O �婪� and to increase the formation temperature nature t-ZrO �茨� and will derive to form the micro t-ZrO �茨� crystal including in the α -Al �茨� O �婪� crystal. This microsturcture is harmful to the ZTA sintered ceramic. |
