| 中文摘要 | 空軍官校現有課程及其課程規劃,不僅在校內行之有年,且在過去的歲月裡的確有 功不可滅之一面;然臺灣本島之社會及教育思潮,在過去二十年裡均有重大之改變,因此空 軍官校的課程規劃,若不能配合時代脈動,就無法符合變遷中之社會需求。再者,課程規劃 理論在國內、外也是一門很重要之學問,因為它是一切教學之依據,無它就像無舵之舟,漂 向無方向之未來。反之,可以精進我空軍官校教育之品質,提昇教學成果,並建立官校課程 規劃理論之基礎。 故筆者探討課程理論的背景因素及其影響,從而理解影響課程規劃的成因,並撰述四類目前 各大學課程規劃的模式:(一)以基礎學科學導向;(二)以人本發展為導向;(三)以評 鑑目標為導向;(四)以解決社會問題為導向,同時也對各類課程規劃的模式及其教學效益 ,作深入之分析;進而論述課程規劃在空軍官校教學之重要性。 就實際教學而言,官校各學系是會有不同之課程安排,但各系之課程必須切合部隊需求,故 在課程規劃上應強調(一)實用性(二)專業性(三)前瞻性,使培養出來之基礎人才,能 滿足建軍需求。因此空軍官校的業管單位若能投入人力、時間及經費從事課程研究及規劃, 才能使課程規劃的順序有脈絡可循,且能建立符合自身需求的課程規劃理念,進而使空軍官 校畢業生皆能學以致用。 最後,目前亞洲各國之軍備均日新月異,對軍官素質之要求均倍求於以往,因此如何培養一 位優秀的建軍幹部,是各國軍官學校課程規劃之宗旨,也是我空軍官校的教育目標。為迎合 此一重責鉅任,我空軍官校的課程規劃,不僅要博中求精,且要秉持固有傳承,使我空軍官 校的課程規劃能隨時間之變遷,益顯其重要性。 |
| 英文摘要 | There were courses and their planning that had been used in the Air Force Academy for years. Although these courses and textbooks indeed had their merits, but for the last twenty years, the society has changed greatly. So, the curriculum of the Air Force Academy has to cope with the demands of the changing world. Otherwise, it will not meet the needs of transforming society. In fact, Curriculum planning is also a vital study of the teachers world, because It is a basis of teachers' instruction, and improves the quality of eduction, and also forms the basis of our curriculum. Currently, There are four major curriculum planning concepts in the world today. The first concept focuses on basic learning knowledge; the second concept focuses on human development; The third concept focuses on evaluative aims; the forth concept emphasizes problem solving skills as its teaching aim. Diverse curriculum concepts have been examined clearly for their background and context, so the result of this study can realistically offer helps to military schools and its teaching. Concerning teaching, diverse departments of the academy have varied courses and plans, and they all have to meet the needs of military demands.
