中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解幼兒間利社會行為互動的情形,並探討幼兒行動背 後所隱含的意義及學習情境對其之影響。 本研究以美國中西部一所大學附設實驗幼兒園的四歲轉學生貝莉為例,採 用參與觀察、晤談、及攝影等方式,以兩個月的時間蒐集資料,並分析、探討 以下兩個問題: 一、貝莉表現利社會行為的緣由。 二、貝莉利社會行為的表現對其同儕關係建立的影響。 研究發現將貝莉的行為改變歷程歸納為三個階段: 一、從「陌生的教室!陌生的同伴!」--我是局外人,說明她在剛到一個 新環境時的心境與表現,以及教師所給予的協助。 二、「我可不可以和你一起玩?」--以善意的行動開始,貝莉嘗試著以利 社會行為的表現獲得同儕的認同與接納。 三、「我喜歡這裡!」--我也有朋友了,貝莉不但與最受歡迎的幼兒結交 成好友,亦以利社會的行動與班上其他幼兒建立良好的同儕關係。 最後,本研究亦提出數項建議供教師在培養幼兒利社會行為時的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to better understand prosaic interactions among young children and found the meaning embedded in everyday interactions and bounded by a certain context. The subject of this study was a four-year-old girl, Bailey, who attended the lab school of a university in the Midwest of the United States. I collected my data from participant observation, interviews, and videotaping for two months. The research questions were: (1) to explore the meaning behind Bailey's prosaic actions, and (2) to explore the influence on the establishment of her relation-ships with peers. The findings were as following: 1. An outsider-- "It is a whole new world." The first period introduced how she felt about the new environment as well as how teachers helped her. 2. Becoming an insider-- "Can I play with you?" In order to obtain peers' acceptance and friendship, Bailey expressed her friendliness by performing prosaic actions. 3. An insider-- "I like it here." In this period, Bailey made a good friend with one of the most popular children in the class. She also kept a positive peer relations through her continuous prosaic actions. Finally, this study made some suggestions so that early childhood teachers are able to facilitate young children's prosaic actions in the classroom setting. |
