| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解新北市公立幼兒園課後照顧服務實施現況,並探討托育時數與幼兒社會行為之關聯情形。以新北市公立幼兒園4-6歲幼兒為研究對象,採立意取樣,選取有參與課後照顧及未參與課後照顧服務之幼兒共700名,回收有效問卷662份。所得資料,採用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、簡單迴歸等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示,家長對於下午6:00放學的課後照顧服務需求多於下午7:00放學的延長課後照顧服務;課後照顧服務師資多數由園內教師擔任,且針對課後照顧服務之幼兒,約7成老師會安排多元學習課程。本研究並指出,低社經地位家庭、參與課後照顧服務的幼兒,表現較多的負向社會行為。且發現托育時數可以有效預測幼兒的社會行為,亦即參加課後照顧服務(6:00放學)及延長課後照顧服務(7:00放學)的幼兒,相較未參加課後照顧服務(4:30放學)的幼兒,表現較多的負向社會行為。但解釋力僅2%-5%,顯示可能還有其他因素影響幼兒的社會行為表現。本研究根據研究結果,提出對家長、幼兒園、政府相關單位及未來研究之建議,以作為參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to understand (1) the situation of after-school childcare program in the public preschool of New Taipei City; (2)the relationship between childcare hours and children's social behavior. 662 children from public preschool in New Taipei City participated in this study, and the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff's method and standard regression analysis were conducted. Investigation of the after-school childcare program in the preschool of New Taipei City indicated that parents prefer the after-school childcare service at 6 pm to that of 7 pm due to their working time. Besides, about 70% of teachers designed multi-curriculum for children and the children who acquired more organized curriculum exhibited more positive social behavior. Childcare hours effective predicted children's social behavior, which means the children who participated after-school childcare till 6 pm and 7 pm showed more negative social behavior than who did not. However, we barely received 2% to 5% explanatory power, which revealed additional factors may affect children's social behavior. The results of this study also provided suggestions to parents, preschool, the authorities and further research. |
