中文摘要 | 本調查資料是來自台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣及苗栗縣等地區餿水養豬戶,共計50 戶,每戶平均在養頭數為902 頭肉豬,大部分購入小黑豬飼養,於平均約28kg,才少量餵 飼餿水,飼135kg,餿水收集量隨飼養規模與來源而異,範圍自每900至72,00kg不等餿 水.餿水處理過程大致為收集、加熱、混合、絞碎及輸送,少部分落略有不同。分析餿水之 PH值為3.95,而一般成分為粗蛋白質2.03%,粗脂肪1.57%,粗纖維0.14%,粗灰分0.64% 及無抽出物3.43%,乾物質為8.09%。 選取6戶調查其平均餿處理設備成本約54萬元,平均每頭豬約需投資390元,若不計 廢水處理成本,每頭生產成本約6,404元,平均頭總收益為8,449元,淨收益平均為2,045 元,但若家工不併入生產成本,則平每頭肉豬可獲農場收益2,759元。 |
英文摘要 | The survey was conducted by collecting the data from 50 farms which raised the pigs with Kitchen wastes in Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli counties. The average farm size was 902 hogs. Most farmers bought weaned pig directly from other farms and sold them after 10.5 months. Pigs were fed partially the Kitchen waste when the body weight reached about 28 Kg, pigs were fed Kitchen waste, completely at 41Kg of body weight with market weight about 135 Kg. The amount of kitchen waste was collected from 900 to 7.200 Kg per day, and from farm to farm. Kitchen wastes handing included the collection cooking, mixing, grinding and transportation system, and the labor involed. Composition of kitchen wastes were shown as follows: crude protein, 2.03 % crude fat, 1.57 %, crude fiber, 0.14% crude ash, 0.64 %nitrogen free extract, 3.34% and dry matter, 8.09% respectively, and its pH value was 3.95. The total investments on kitchen wastes facilities were about NT$ 540 thousand per farm, and the average investment was NT$ 390 per pig. If the waste water treatment cost was excluded, the total production was NT$ 6.404 for each pig and total revenue was NT$ 8.449 with net revenue was NT$ 2.045 for each hog. If the estimated cost of family labor was excluded, the farm will benefit from feeding kitchen waste for NT $2.759 per pig. |
