中文摘要 | 公豬生長性能檢定在國內係採固定體重方式進行,送檢體重15至25kg間,而送 檢日齡則在75日齡以內, 並以30至110kg體重為檢定期,本研究一送檢體重區分2198頭 檢定豬(包括846頭藍瑞斯、494頭約克夏和858頭杜洛克公豬)為15、17、19、21、23、 和25公斤六組,結果發現其於100日齡內達到30kg開檢體重之開檢率分別為67.4、87.0、 98.6、97.9、9.8和99.6%顯示在15和17kg 重時送檢,不利於其後續的生長.在品種間差異 比較,發現藍瑞斯、約夏克 和杜洛克公豬在15kg送檢時,分別僅有67.5、70.7和64.7%豬 隻能於100日齡內達30kg開檢體重;而在17kg重時送檢,則分別有94.9、85.9和83.6%開 檢率,顯示15至17kg送檢方式,不利於杜洛克公豬爾後之後生長速率.送檢體15至25kg 等六組,其達30kg開檢體重之日齡依序為 87、85、80、78、76和71日,而達110kg體重 的完檢率則為80.3、88.4、88.3、92.4、94.5和94.6%,達110kg重所需日齡為172、172、169、 167、163、和158日.體重15和25kg送檢時,其自30kg增重至110kg所需日數分別為85 和87日,顯示日增重而有顯著差異.當依送檢體重不因送檢體重而有顯著性差異.當依送檢日 齡依序為50、55、60、65和70日分組比較時,其達30kg體重之日則依序為73、74、76、 79、和82日;且於110kg體重的完檢率為87.7、88.2、2.8、91.9和93.8%,達110kg重所 需日齡為160、161、162、167、和171日.又送檢日齡為50或70日者,其自30增重至110kg 體重所需日數分別為87和89日,亦即日增重不受送日齡之影響.然未達開檢或完檢標準之 送豬隻,有體重輕和日齡之傾向.因此,現有的檢定設施條件下,參檢公豬採較重的送檢體 重或較大日齡,應有利於達到100%的開檢率和完檢率之檢定目標。 |
英文摘要 | In the boar performance-test for growth in Taiwan, the testing period is form one constant weight, 30 to 110kg currently, and the station at body weight of 15 to 25kg within 75 days of age. A total of 2,198 boars (846 Landrace (L),494 (L),494 Yorkshire (Y), and 858 Duroc (D) has attended the station. The weight while attending the station was the attending weight and all boars were classified into six of 15, 17 , 19 , 21 , 23 and 25 kg , respectively. Percentages of boars reaching 30 kg of body weight (on-test) by 1000 days of age were 67.4, 87.0 , 95.6,7.6, 7.9 , 9.8 ahd 99.6% (six groups),respectively. It indicated that a less favorable favoradle growth condition in subsequent stage occurred if boars attended a'kg 67.5, 70.7 and 64.7% of pigs were able to reach 30 kg 100 days of age respectively. When the attending weight was 17 kg L,Y and 94.,5.and 83.6% of pigs reaching 30 Kg by 100 days of age respectively. Duroc boars with 15 to 17 Kg body weight for attending the station had a slower growth rate afterall. In six groups of the attending weight between 15 and Kg, the ages at 30 Kg bogy weight were 87, 85, 80, 78, 76 and 71 days; the percentages of boars off-test were 80.3, 88.4, 88.3, 92.4, 94.5 and 94.6 % and the ages at 110 Kg body were 172, 172, 169, 1167, 163 and 158 days Both the attending weight 15 Kg and 25 Kg groups, the durations for growth from 30 to 110 Kg were 85 and 87 days, respectively. It indicated that the growth rate from 30 to 110 kg was not influenced by the attending weight Based upon the attending age to the station and classified into 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70 days of age groups, the ages at 30 kg body weight were 73, 74, 76, 79 and 82 days; the percentages of boars off-test were 87.7, 88.2, 92.8, 91.9 and 93.8 %and the ages at 110 Kg body weight were 160, 161, 162, 167 and 171 days. Comparison of 50 and 70 days of age of at attending, durations for growth from 30 to 110 Kg were 87 and 89 days respectively. It also indicated that the growth rate from 30 to 110 Kg was not influenced by the attending age. A trend of less percentage of boars on-test or off-test was observed when boars attending the station had less body weight or younger in age. Hence, boars with a heavier body weight of an older age should be used while they were transported to the station in order to have the 100 of boars in on-test and in off-test. |
