中文摘要 | 球墨鑄鐵廣泛應用於汽車零件上,由於使用上難免有受到共振的情形發生,所 以有研究球墨鑄鐵共振破壞特性的必要。本實驗採用 3.5%C 及 2.8%Si 成分的肥粒鐵基球 墨鑄鐵作為實驗材料。實驗結果發現,達到共振頻率時,試片的振動偏移量遠大於其他的頻 率時的情形。共振破壞過程中,裂縫主要由石墨與基地的界面處產生,相鄰石墨的小裂縫互 相串連形成較大的裂縫,隨後形成主裂縫而導致試片斷裂。觀察縱剖面的金相發現裂縫由表 面向內部傳播,而且為穿晶破壞。 |
英文摘要 | Spheroidal graphite (SG) cast iron in many automobile parts, in which failure by resonant vibration may occur under some abnormal conditions. In order to ensure the reliability during application, the investigation of the resonant failure characteristics is necessary. The resonant failure of a ferritic SG cast iron with 3.5wt% C and 2.8wt% Si was explored in this study. The test results indicate that the specimen in resonant vibration situation is larger than other situations. Surface cracks, whic initiate preferentially from the vicinity of graphite nodules, link to form a major crack during resonant vibration. The major crack propagates transgranularly along through-thickness direction, which then leads to the occurrence of failure. |
