中文摘要 | 人類生命過程中最大的威脅兇手來自污染,污染又係來自人類生存空間上不可或缺之空氣、水分、土壤以及其所培育出來之各種農作食物。由於進代人類生活環境及型態遽變,其所栽培出來之農作食物亦多已深度污染強烈無比之農藥、殺蟲劑、除草劑及各種化學肥料等毒素,而此等毒素不單直接或間接地進入我們體內之每一個細胞中,引致各種疾病,危害我們寶貴生命,且嚴重破壞及減低農作之土質。 依目前我們之周圍環境言,所有農作食物無不被上述之各種毒素所污染。因此,事實上已很難尋得既清潔又無污染之有機殘料可供作培植所謂「健康有機食品」之堆肥腐土基料。只有採自生在高山峻嶺,而今日環保最感頭痛之廢棄木料及其纖維質類,正可作為堆肥基料之替代品,此種基料與清潔無污染之污土混合,使之發酵、分解、腐化以及安定後,不單用作生產「零污染果菜食物」,且可有改良貧瘦土質耕地之作用。 一般言之,此等堆肥腐土基料,�琩怢鈭媄�及腐朽程度,甚至處理方式而呈有不同的完成期間,並或多或少之不同肥分。堆肥腐土處理方法有野積、高速及半高速等法。前者需廣大場地且為時長久。中、後者所需場地較小且較短時間可完成,本文僅對該等基料之肥分試測及高速處理法之幾例作簡略之介紹。 |
英文摘要 | The Pollution is a most cruel killer for our human lives. It's existing in air, water, soil and the growing agricultural products which are indispensably harm to our lives. Since the most farmers have to spray their growing crops with large quantity of different highly poisonous chemicals including chemical fertilizers. These materials consequently, turn into every living cells of our bodies directly, and causing lots of sicknesses, shorter our lives. There is no place where still capable to find out the clean and the non-poisonous waste organics as the base materials of compost for producing so called "Non-polluted health food" today. The waste of wood and its fibrous products on the other hand. can satisfactorily be used since these materials originally are growing in and processing under the non-pollution environments. These materials are then, mixing with the clean dirt soil, and let passing the fermenting, decomposing, corrupting, curing and the finishing processing, by the applying of window, high-rate and semi-high-rate compostingmethods. Some comparison results of growing grasses and the key representative set-ups of high-rate composting are also exampled here. |
