中文摘要 | 研擬熔融還原煉鐵製程之數學模式首要工作乃為建立質能平衡(Mass and Heat Balance),建立質量平衡必須先釐訂鐵礦石、熔劑、煤炭、生鐵、及爐渣中各主要成份和重 量百分率。 本模式係以生產 1000g 之生鐵為基礎,再依據物質不滅原則,建立以礦石、熔 劑和爐渣為未知數的方程式,再應用電腦運算求解即得 Iron Ore、Flux 和 Slag 之重量。 Coal 之需要量由熱平衡計算得知。 本文也進一步探討二次燃燒比 (Post-Combustion Ratio)、熱傳效率 (Heat Transfer Efficiency)、 O �祚蟔暺P煤耗量之關係。 |
英文摘要 | The steps in the energy balance calculation of SRF are as follows:(1)to calculate the weights of iron ore, flux and slag, based on 1000 gram of HM to be reduced; (2)to add iron ore, flux, coal and O �� at 298K, and carry out chemical reactions at 298K; (3)to make slag at 298K; (4)to heat products to final temperature at 1800K; (5)to mix the elements of C, Si, P and S into HM; (6)to deduct heat losses; (7)to calculate amount of coal; and (8)to calculate amount of O �� needed for 1st and 2nd combustion at different ratio of post combustion. In order to make the model easier to construct, we omit some of the minor complications: pre-reduction degress of iron ore、 the temperature of iron ore, flux and O ��, and dust produced, etc. After the model is finished, we can adjust or modify the model until it is able to calculate the process change without actually having to run experiments on production equipment. |
