中文摘要 | 本文係探討疊序對精密鑄造用層狀陶瓷殼模彎曲強度之影響,並藉最佳疊序以提 升其承受荷重與破斷模數。其解析方法係給合轉換斷面法與模數比並配合橈曲公式計算各層 之彎曲應力以了解其間之相互關係。所得結果顯示將高彈性模數且高強材料同時分置於殼模 之上層及底層可使最大彎曲拉應力降至最低,進而增進整體承受負荷。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of stacking sequence on the bending strength of laminar ceramic shell molds for the investment casting is studied, and by means of the optimum stacking sequence to enhance their bending strength and modulus of rupture. The analytic approach superposed the transformed-section method and modular ratio on the flexure formula so as to calculate the interlaminar bending stresses, and to realize the relationship between them. The results show that it can reduce the maximum tensile bending stress and promote the applied load by arranging the high elastic modulus and high- strength materials on the top and bottom of shell molds. |
