中文摘要 | 當配電自動化正在台電起步的現階段,任何一件相關工程的興辦,其經驗都是彌 足珍貴,台南區處試辦性質的前置系統自不例外。本文主要在介紹台南案例中之饋線監控子 系統, 它是以個人電腦為主要架構,透過通訊前端處理機與 FTU 環路相連結,達成監測資 料及控制指令之傳遞。 監控主機係架構在 UNIX 之作業系統,並使用 ABB 公司的 S.P.I.D.E.R. MicroSCADA 監控軟體:通訊前端處理機的作業系統則是使用 DOS,其上則安 裝有 MFL 通訊處理程式,透過它連接區域網路通訊卡和 FTU 通訊介面卡,相互傳送資料。綜 觀其軟體及硬體設備,可知自動開關、通訊軟體。FTU 及監控軟體是傳統配電系統上所未曾 使用的,如何掌握其產品之發展趨勢,並選用合宜者而加以整合,確是未來從事配電自動化 之重要課題。 |
英文摘要 | This paper introduces the Feeder SCADA system at Taiwan District Office and discusses its main components. The system is a PC-based structure. By means of the front-end processor, PC cna link to FTUs loop, and communicate with each other. PC uses UNIX as operation system and S.P.I.D.E.R MicroSCADA of ABB Co. was installed under UNIX.The operation system of the frontend processor is DOS under which LAN and FTU communication cards were linked by the communication program MLF. Some equipment and software of Feeder SCADA system such as automatics witch, communication system, FTUs, and SCADA software are not used in conventional distribution system. Hence, in order to get new technologies and to create an optimal system in distribution automation, detail studies of Feeder SCADA system are necessary in the future.
