英文摘要 | This paper presents the investigation results of three subjects that relate to the overall control architecture of an integrated distribution automation system, they are: the infrastructure of the distribution automation system and its control schemes, efficient control schemes for fault detection, isolation and service restoration, performance assessment of an integrated information system. Distributed control schemes are suggested to be adopted as the basic control architecture for distribution automation. The substation automation should be the center of the overall distribution automation system. Through the substation LAN, IEDs and feeder automation system can be integrated and the information collected can be passed to the SCADA master station through the corporate WAN. With the aids of numerous measurements from the field, work on the fault detection, isolation and service restoration will become much easier. The performance of outage management can be further enhanced by using additional information from IEDs and fault indicator and intelligent methodologies such as expert system. Due to different characteristics, DA/SCADA,AM/FM and OMS are provided by different vendors. These projects should be implemented in different phases. Long term or large size projects need to break into phases in order to gain short term benefits, DA/SCADA projects are usually strategically implemented in key locations. The OMS project takes less time and has the quickest pay back. AM/FM project is a very long term project, continuous enhancement is required. To have a clear picture of the performance of an integrated information system, computer simulations of various integration schemes and other alternatives are useful. |
