| 中文摘要 | 本文主要探討密閉式冷卻水塔之熱傳性能分析,其中分為兩部份。第一部份係針 對密閉式冷卻水塔做一量測實驗,進而探討在乾盤管及濕盤管下熱傳量之差異,以及顯熱與 潛熱之效應。第二部份則以一維模式模擬密閉式冷卻水塔之特性,以數值方法分析當薄膜延 著一垂直壁面流下時,一側為熱水,另一側為空氣延著薄膜流動之情況下,探討薄膜之溫度 變化以及潛熱與顯熱的效應。 在實驗方面, 使熱水之進口溫度維持在 60 ℃, 流量為 25L/min, 改變淋水流量 (8~10 L/min ) 及不同風量 (16~36 m3/min ) 下實驗,以量測熱 傳量的變化。 結果發現濕盤管之熱傳量較乾盤管高約 8 倍。由淋水所帶走的熱傳量約為總 熱傳量的 60%,淋水蒸發量約為淋水量的 2%-3%,蒸發潛熱則約為總熱傳量的 39.5%,空氣所 帶走的顯熱約為 0.5%。實驗結果與數值結果相當吻合。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the heat transfer performance in the closed-type cooling tower. There are two parts in this paper. For the first part, it is to measure the heat transfer in dry and wet coils. And study the latent heat and sensible heat change. The second part of this paper is to numerically analyze the closed-type cooling tower characteristics. In experiment, keep the inlet temperature of hot water to 60 ℃, and measure the heat transfer change in different spray water flow rate and air flow rate. The result indicated that the heat transfer in wet coils is eight times of the dry coils. Evaporation of liquid film is about 2%-3% of total spray water. And latent heat about 40% of total heat transfer, sensible heat is 0.5%, and heat transfer by the spray water is about 60%. |
