中文摘要 | 本文以階層控制模式(hierarchical control model/HCM)為參考架構,提出彈性 製造單元內物流控制系統之開發程序。此開發程序包含三個主要階段:(1) 模型建構階段; (2) 功能轉換階段;(3) 驗證階段。 在模型建構階段,我們以彩色時間性裴氏圖 (colored timed petri net /CTPN) 為模型建構工具, 透過物流分析來建構製造單元之 CTPN 模式。 在功能轉換階段, 以所得之 CTPN 模式為基礎, 透過三相式離散事件模擬 (three-phase discrete event simulation) 方法,在 HCM 的排程層產生排程模擬程式; 同時在 HCM 的 控制層上,將 CTPN 模式轉換為即時指派控制程式。在驗證階段,則以虛擬設備來模擬實體 設備的運作情形,藉以了解所開發之控制系統對設備層的控制行為是否有缺失。文中並以工 研院機械所彈性製造單元為例,來說明此開發程序之詳細步驟。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a three-stage development procedure for designing the scheduling and control system in a flexible manufacturing cell (FMC). The three-stage development procedure which is based on the hierarchical control model (HCM) proposed by Lin and Lee [2]includes three major steps: (1)modeling;(2)functional transformation; and (3) validation. In the modeling stage, the material flow in FMC represented by the colored timed Petri net (CTPN) formalism is first constructed. The CTPN model can then be converted into scheduler and real-time dispatching control module by a three-phase discrete event simulation in the functional transformation stage. The scheduler can give suitable schedules according to upper-level production orders and scheduling criteria. Real-time dispatching control logic provides the guideline of shop floor control logic. In the validation stage, the concept of virtual devices is used to verify the designed scheduler and dispatcher. It is easy to verify whether or not the action of the control system toward the devices' level is correct and the system specifications are reasonable by using the virtual devices to simulate the operations of the real devices. Finally, a FMC which has currently been installed at the Mechanical Industrial Research Laboratories of Industrial Technology Research Institute is employed to illustrate the proposed three-stage development process throughout this paper. |
