中文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to predict the efficiencies on the pre-concentration of trace metals from seawater. We establish a mathematical model to fit the experimental data so as to set up the optimal conditions for the pre-concentration columns. A cut-plate technique was employed to examine the distribution of the analyte along the column and the efficiency when applying under various flow rates, pH values, and column sizes. An exponential model, E%=1-e□, has been proposed to describe the efficiency on pre-concentration of trace metals from seawater with a R□>0.98. The well -fitting results demonstrate that above model is successful to predict the efficiencies on pre-concentration of metals from seawater. |
