中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討減少灌溉水對水稻生理作用之影響。試驗分為田間試驗及盆栽 試驗兩部分,1992 年一、二期作在中興大學農場及溫室進行。 採裂區設計,以品種為副區 ,比較梗稻臺中 189 號及秈稻臺中秈 10 號兩品種對土壤水分張力處理之反應。 以 15 公 分深度土壤水分張力處理為主區, 分別以 0.00 MPa (連續浸水 ),0.02 MPa 及 0.04 MPa 等三級土壤水分張力,做為灌溉起點。連續兩個期作試驗結果顯示,在高土壤水分張力處理 下, 水稻葉片水分潛勢均明顯降低,臺中 189 號在高土壤水分張力處理下,其葉片水分潛 勢均較臺中秈 10 號為低。 提高土壤水分張力, 水稻葉片氣孔導度有下降的趨勢,特別是 0.04 MPa 之處理,其降低的幅度更大,臺中 189 號所測得的氣孔導度,均較臺中秈 10 號 低。 高土壤水分張力處理亦抑制光合作用速率,一期作臺中 189 號在高土壤水分張力之處 理, 其光合作用速率較浸水處理顯著降低 19%, 臺中秈 10 號亦降低 15% (0.02 MPa) 及 22% (0.04 MPa)。品種間則臺中秈 10 號之光合作用速率比臺中 189 號高出約 10%。 |
英文摘要 | Field and pot experiments were conducted in the first and second crops of 1992 to investigate the effects of controlled soil moisture regime on the physiological performances and photosynthesis of two rice cultivars, Taichung 189 and Taichung sen 10. Split-plot design was laid out with three replications. Two rice cultivars were used as subplot, and three levels of soil moisture tension as main plot. During vegetative growth stage, soil-drying were practiced to reach 0.02, and 0.04 MPa before next irrigation, while the control (0.00 MPa) group was submerged continuously. Three levels (0.3, 0.6, and 1.2 g/pot) of nitrogen fertilizer, which are equivalent to 60, 120 and 240 kg N/ha, respectively, were applied to pot experiment for comparison of effects of nitrogen among different soil moisture treatment regimes. Experimental results showed that a lower leaf water potential and stomata conductivity in rice leaves of 0.02 and 0.04 MPa treatments that that of the control. Photosynthetic rates of Taichyng 189 decreased by 19-23% of 0.02 and 0.04 MPa treatments than that of the control, while that of Taichung sen 10 decreased by 15-22%. The average photosynthetic rate of Taichuhg sen 10 was 10% higher that of Taichung 189. |
