| 中文摘要 | 臺灣地區降雨量之時間、空間分佈均極不均勻,本研究以盒算法計算不同地區時 雨量及日雨量時間序列資料之碎形維度值,以瞭解臺灣地區降雨時間、空間分佈之不規則特 性。研究結果發現北部地區乾季與濕季時雨量之碎形維度值差異不大,而南部地區則有顯著 之差異;顯示南部地區乾、濕兩季降雨之不規則特性有極明顯之不同。另外,日雨量碎形維 度值與地形高程及年降雨量亦呈明顯之相關趨勢,此結果說明臺灣地區雨量站網之設計時高 程效應之影響是必須考慮之重要因素。 |
| 英文摘要 | The rainfall data observed in Taiwan exhibits non-uniform distribution in time and in space as well. Box-counting approach of fractal analysis was employed to study the irregularity of rainfall occurrences in different regions. The fractal dimensions of hourly rainfall of wet season (from November to April) and dry season (from May to October) do not vary significantly in northern Taiwan. However, significant difference of the fractal dimension was found in southern Taiwan. It indicates that the irregularity of rainfall occurrence of wet season and dry season are significantly different for southern Taiwan and not as much for northern Taiwan. Also, the fractal dimension derived from daily rainfall was found to be highly correlated with the elevation and annual rainfall of the corresponding raingauges. The results indicate that orographic effect must be taken into consideration in raingauge network design. |
