中文摘要 | 本文旨在從未來發展觀點探討本校經營管理與領導可採行的策略,學群系所、中 心和體育實驗學校設置和教育計畫的重點。作者首先提出的在經營管理與領導方面可採行下 列九大策略: 學術作為行政領導的基礎、行政工作強調服務、以顧客或市場為導向、傳統與 現代兼籌並顧、創新與變革、優先性原則、大學功能的均衡發展,員工參與和團隊精神,以 及策略性規劃的採行。此外,作者從技術、指導、管理和復健與傷害防護等學群,說明系、 所設置或調整的構想。最後,本文提出本校未來教育規劃尤須側重下列十大重點: 實習制度 的建立、通識教育的強化、企業建教合作管道的開拓、在職教育和教育學程的開辦、青少年 選手一貫訓練與輔導體系的建立、師資延攬與人員發展、國際交流與兩岸互動的推動、課程 教材教法與研究、圖書資訊與科技,以及專業精神與教育品質。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article was to propose alternative leadership strategies, academic programs (including departments, institutes and centers) planning and the focus of educational plan. First, the author proposed the following night leadership strateiges: (1) to promote academic specialities as the foundation of administrative leadership, (2) to emphasize administrative services, (3) to consider customer-oriented ideas, (4) to equally stress tradition and modernization, (5) to consider change and innovative, (6) to do priorities setting, (7) to balance the functions of the college, (8) to develop team spirit and encourage employee participation, and (9) to adopt strateigc planning as major administrative tool. Secondly, this paper discussed the planning ideals of the various institutes, departments and centers from academic programming perspectives. Finally, the author suggested the following focus of educational plan: (1) to develop internship system, (2) to strengthen general and fine arts education, (3) to broaden corporate sponsonship programs, (4) to set up in-service training and teacher education programs, (5) to establish coherent and considstent training system of the young elite athletes, (6) to train the employees and hire faculty with higher degree, (7) to promote international exchange program and cooperate with the Mainland, (8) to stress importance of curriculum development, pedagogy and research, (9) to equally emphasize information and technology management, and (10) to develop professionalism and upgrade educational quality. |
