中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討師院學生對國民小學教師理想角色之知覺及其相關因素,並使用 郭丁熒所編訂之「國民小學教師角色知覺調查問卷」、林生傳所修訂之「社經地位評量表」 、 及李坤崇所修定之「簡式田納西自我概念量表」來調查臺灣地區 970 位師範學院學生, 經以 SPSS /PC + 套裝軟體中次數分配、單因子多變項分析、薛費多重比較分析法、關連強 度係數、及皮爾森積差相關來進行資料處理與分析。研究結果發現:(一)師院學生對小學 教師理想角色知覺之優先順序,依序為「教師個人特質」、「學生管理與輔導」、「教育專 業」、「教學」、「教師人際關係」、及「教師權利與義務」;(二)師院學生對小學教師 理想角色之知覺、不管在各分層或總層面之平均數,均屬「高期望」之程度;(三)師院學 生對小學教師理想色之知覺,會因其性別、校別、系別、年級、任教意願之不同而顯著性差 異存在,其中尤以「任教意願」之解釋變異量最高;但並不因「公自費」及「社經背景」之 不同而有顯著性差異。且師院生對教師之理想角色知覺與其自我概念有顯著正相關,尤與「 自我認定」及「倫理自我」之關係最密切。最後,根據本研究發現與結論提出「肯定師範學 院在培養師院生對教師角色的知覺上有其功能」、「發展各師院特色之際,不忘培養師院學 生對未來職業角色之認知」、「適度檢討師院課程之安排與設計」、「透過推薦甄試招募有 任教意願之學生,並透過相關課程活動之安排來激發學生的任教意願」、「協助師院學生認 識自我、進而認同未來之職業角色」等五項建議。 |
英文摘要 | The ideal role of elementary school teachers perceived by students in Teachers College were studied. 970 samples were surveyed using "Elementary School Teachers' Role Perception Questionnaire", "Two Factor Index of Social Position" and "Short Tennessee Self Concept Scale". The data were statistically analyzed by frequencies, MANOVA, strength of association and product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The priority of ideal elementary teacher role perceived by subjects was: "Teachers' personal traits, " "Management and guidance of students" "Professionalism", "Instructional abilities", "Teachers' human relationships" and then "Teachers' rights and obligations". 2.High expectation of ideal teachers' role was perceived by students in Teachers College. 3.Significant differences were existed among subjects with different genders, Schools, departments, grades or commitment to teaching. Positive correlation was observed between students ideal teacher role perception and their self-conception. The recommendations to Teachers College for promoting students to perceive an aggressive role perception were also suggested. |
