中文摘要 | 本研究以國立宜蘭農工專科學校八十四學年度第二學期體育課興趣選項桌球組初 學者 (二專、五專 ) 男生共 30 人為研究對象, 分為二組 (ヾ反正組:先學反手搓球,後 學正手攻擊球; ゝ正反組:先學正手攻擊球,後學反手搓球 ),依筆者自編設計一學期 15 週 (含測驗 ) 為單元之教學大綱,實施為期十五週之教學, 教學前、後舉行二項桌球技能 測驗,實驗結果經 t-test 統計分析後,獲得結論如下:一、桌球技能學習效果 1. 兩組受 試學生對正手攻擊球,學習後成績顯著 (P<0.01) 的比學習前成績進步。 2. 兩組受試學生 對反手搓球,學習後成績顯著 (P<0.01) 的比學習前成績進步。二、反正組、正反組學生桌 球技能學習成果比較 1. 兩組學生桌球技能學習成績比較,正手攻擊與反手搓球學習成績均 沒有顯著差異。2. 兩組學生桌球技能學習效果 (正手攻擊球進步值與反手搓球進步值 ) 比 較,只有反正組的正手攻擊球進步值與反手搓球進步值之間達顯著差異,其餘均沒有顯著的 差異。三、反正組、正反組兩組桌球技能學習遷移率比較:兩組的遷移率均在 10 %以上, 其中以正反組的遷移率較高為 19.59 %,反正組的遷移率為 14.66 %。 |
英文摘要 | This subject included 30 male students (2 classes). They all are senior 2 and 5 of National I-Lan Institute of Agriculture and Technology students who slected table tennis sport in physical education in the 2nd semester of 84 year. (R. O. C.) These students are divided into 2 groups: ヾ backhand-forehand group (they learn backhand stroke, and then learn forehand stroke.), ゝ forehand-back hand group(they learn forehand stroke,and then learn backhand stroke.). This teaching was designed for 15 weeks. Then give 2 tests abou the skills of table tennis before and after teaching. According to the Statistical analysis by using the T-test, the major findings of this study are as follows:1.The learning effect of the table tennis skills:(1)All students who participate in tests are making remarkable progress after they learn forehand stroke.(2)All students who participate in tests are making remarkable progress after they learn backhand stroke.2.The comparison of learning effect between two groups students:(1)Compared with the 2 groups students in grades of table tennis, there are no significant difference between the forehand stroke and backhand stroke.(2)Comared with the learning effect of table tennis skills, there are significant difference just in the backhand-forehand group.3.The comparison of learning shift-ratio between two groups students:19.59% is the students of forehand-backhand group in learning shift-ratio. IT is more than 14.66%, which is the students of backhand-forehand groups. |
