中文摘要 | 在本研究中以熱重量損失分析儀串連質譜儀及氣相色層分析儀、傅立葉紅外線光譜儀,分析聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯與正丙氧基磷�穭あX物摻混之熱裂解行為。結果顯示含正丙氧基磷�穭宏E甲基丙烯酸甲酯滲混物,其裂解氣相產物較純的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯多了甲醇、丙烯等氣體產物,且甲基丙烯酸甲酯單體的生成會因正丙氧基磷�籉s在而被抑制;此外可明顯觀察到摻混有正丙氧基磷�穭宏E甲基丙烯酸甲酯之熱裂解殘渣相會有酸酐的形成。 |
英文摘要 | The thermal degradation behavior of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blended with propyl ester phosphazene (FR) have been investigated using TGA/MAA, gas chromatography (GC) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The results revealed that the difference of evolved gas during degradation between PMMA and PMMA blend was found to be methanol and propylene in PMMA blend, and the unzipping of methyl methacrylate was hindered by the adding of propyl ester phosphazene. In addition an anhydride structure was clearly observed in the residual yield during the thermal degradation process of PMMA blends. |
