中文摘要 | 在收穫機挖掘犁前方加裝爪式之扶起裝罝及分草導入板,促使胡蘿蔔莖葉能順地 導入夾持皮帶。配合畦高 25 公分之植床,將挖堀犁改為可調整挖掘深度之圓弧形挖掘犁, 為了減少曳引機旁側負載,增加操作時之穩定性,將收穫機之油壓裝置,改由曳引機油壓源 直接予以控制驅動,以簡化收穫機之機構及減輕收穫機機體之重量,此外為了使胡蘿蔔莖葉 能完全切除在夾持輸送過程中加裝整列機構, 促使胡蘿蔔排列整齊, 以利莖葉切除。 以 1.73km/h、2.72km/h、3.44km/h 三種不同作業速度,配合產地胡蘿蔔收穫期, 進行田間機 械性能試驗,將試驗結果先做個別試驗區差異比較,然後再將三個試驗區合併比較,由統計 分析結果顯示其挖掘損傷率、未拔取夾持率及莖葉切除損傷率均有顯著性之差異,收穫機作 業速度以 1.73km/h 之挖掘損傷率 0.58 %, 未拔取夾持率 6.72 %, 莖葉切除損傷率 3.17 %為最低。 |
英文摘要 | After installing the tine-type raise-up devices and divider on the front of the harvesters digging plow, it can make the carrots stem and leaf got into the clipping belt easily. Since the planting bed has 25 cm height, we changed the digging plow into the round-type which can adjust the digging depth, For decreasing the side loading of the tractor, and increasing the operation stability, we changed the harvesters hydraulic device into the type of directly controled and driven by tractors hydraulic power. In this way, it can simplify the tractors mechanism and diminished the tractors weight. In order to cut the carrots steam and leaf completely, we installed the neat-arrange mechanism on the clipping transport processing which can make the carrots arrange neatly, and had the advantage of cutting stem and leaf easily. In the field test, three operation speed 1.73 km/h,2.72 km/h and 3.44 km/h were conducted, the data were analyzed with individual plots and then pooled together as a whole group. Data were analyzed by using ANOVA and Duncans multiple range test. Significant differences were shown among treatments. Among the treatments, the operation speed of 1.73 km/h has the lowest digging damage rate (0.58%), the lowest unsuccessful collecting rate (6.72%), and the lowest cutting damage rate (3.17%). |
