中文摘要 | 一個持續兩學期、包含十個主題之在職進修課程,為三十二位志願參加,年資二 至三十年不等之幼兒教師所設計;課程以反思為基礎,以閱讀講授、敘寫教學日記、小組分 享、團討總結為主進行方式。研討反省之主題包括一般教學問題、專業倫理、成長經驗與進 修等。從老師之討論內容、訪談、教學觀察、及問卷資料所做質的分析中,探討此一實驗課 程對參與幼師成長發展之影響、反省教學的可行性、並由中印證幼師對在職進修之需求、及 本課程可做之修正。結果發現此課程幫助幼師在許多方面做深入之反省與覺知,如:自己社 會化過程、教學倫理衝突、發展階段與進修計劃等議題。她他反省這些議題與其教學實作之 交互影響,加以檢視修正;藉專業對話集思廣益,共求解決或改善之道。然而幼師之反思習 慣不易養成,未來於在職進修、甚至師資培育的課程中仍有待積極培養。反思過程中如能得 到適當的回饋與支援,幼師較能持續其反思之動機與行為,而幼師反省之自我期許和工作環 境的支持性同等重要。實驗中顯示幼師需要兼顧其心專業需要、互動為主、適合發展、及長 期有系統的反省性在職進修課程;此課程亦應隨參與進修幼師之需要而做彈性修訂。研究者 對師資培訓之在職進修課程設計與研究亦有所省思。 |
英文摘要 | A 10-session reflective-based in-service training program, lasted for two semesters, was designed for 32 kindergarten teachers. Various topics and themes were included, and the reflective journal writing and dialogue were major strategies applied in this training program. Data of teachers' journal and dialogue, practice observations, interview, and questionnaire were collected for qualitative analysis. The program helped participants being aware of and reflecting on many early childhood educational issues. Teachers made connections between their thought and their practice, and seems make progress in their self and professional development. However, the journal writing was still hard for teachers to develop during and after the program. Teachers need to practice what they know, and they also need a supporting school environment to be reflective. The dialogue approach beneifts the teachers most, but the support and feedback from the peers and trainer is the key element for further implementation. The teacer-directed, peer-interacted, developmentally-appropriated, and long-term in-service training programs would be most appropriate for these kindergarten teachers' professional development. The program developer (university trainer) also has reflections on both the training program design adn future research. |
