中文摘要 | 本研究以Mosston教學光譜11種教學法中之三種教學法(命令式教學法Commamd stylc、練習教學法 Practice style、互惠式教學法 Reciprocal stylc),針對大學一年級 男女新生實施為期一學期普通體育課程學習,以探討三種不同教學法對其體適能發展之影響 與效果。主要目的有三:一、探討不同教學法對男女生在普通體柮課程學習之體適能發展效 果:二、探討不同教學法在普通體育課程對男女生體適能發展之交互作用效果;三、作為今 後普通體育課程學習教學法選取之參考。研究對象係以屏東師院一年級初等教育學系乙班 ( 命令式教學法組 )、數理教育學系甲班 (互惠式教學法組 ) 及乙班 (練習式教學法組 ) 之 男女生為對象。 採立意抽樣方法 (Judgment sampling) 抽取班級,並以隨機抽樣方法隨基 抽取男女生各 10 名,計男生 30 名、女生 30 名,總計男女生 60 名。三組教學法之受議 者於學習前後皆接受相同之體適能項目測驗 (握力、背肌力、垂直跳、體前彎、體後仰、反 覆側跳、仰臥起坐、12 分鐘跑走、皮脂厚 ), 並學習相同之體育課程 (短跑、接力、游泳 、墊上運動、籃球、跳遠 )。資料之處理,皆別以百分率及體適能級數量表分析體適能之發 展效果,並以獨立樣本二因子變異數分析考驗不同教學法對男女生體適能發展之交互作用效 果,顯著度定為α =0.05。研究結果顯示,在體適能級數等級方面,男生以練習式教學法組 最優,次為命令式教學法組,互惠式教學法組最差;女生以互惠式教學法組最佳,次為命令 式和練習式教學法組。在發展百分率方面,男女生均以命令式教學法組最高,男生之互惠式 教學法組居次,練習式教學法組最低;女生以練習式教學法組居次,互惠式教學法組最低。 在變異數分析方面, 經交互作用效果分析結果, 性別與教學法有交互作用顯著差異 (P<.05;F=6065), 復經單純主要效果變異數分析結果, 性別在練習式教學法組達顯著差異 (P<.05;F=12.63),而教學法在男生達顯著差異 (P<.05;F=6.91),女生則無。由結果總結, 三種不同教學法在男女生普通體育課程學習上,以練習式教學法對體適能的發展顯現效悲, 且對男生的體適能發展有效,而命令式教學法和互惠式教學法則無。但在個別的體適能發展 ,不同教學法組對男女生之體適能發展皆有促進效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study use mosston teaching spectrum 11 kinds of teaching methods inside of three kinds of teaching methods (command sytle, prctice style, reciprocal style). Aim at college freshman (male and female) put into learning period a semester common physical education course. that is to define three teaching methods which influence to physical fitness develop and effect. the subjects of three teaching methods group accept same pre-and post-test physical fitness and learning same physical education course. data treatment with percentage and grade measure form analyze physical fitness develop, and use ndependence sample two-way ANOVA analyze to difference teaching method to develop the physical fitness on male and female. significand at α =0.05 Research results show: (1) at series grade aspect, male use practice teaching method the most better than other teaching method, female use reciprocal teaching method the most better than other teaching method. (2) at development percentage aspect, male and female all use command teaching method the most set is higher than other teaching method. (3) at two-way ANOVA analyze aspect, sex and teaching method has significant difference (P<.05,F=6.65), and sex has significant difference at practice teaching method (P<.05,F=12.63), and set at male (P<.05,F=6.91), female then notheng. The conclusion show. three kinds of different teaching methods use practice teaching method is the most effective. and set to male efficacious, however command teaching method and reciprocal teaching method then nothing, but at individual development, different teathing method have all to promote effect. |
