中文摘要 | 本研究室在早期的研究發現多根腎感覺神經活性(renal afferent nerve activity; RANA) 在遭受腰部局部熱敷處理時,其活性明顯下降。但此一機轉未明。為探究 那一種腎感覺受器在接受 C 型玻璃熱敷墊 (42 土 l ℃ ) 處理時,其活性會顯著下降? 我 們利用單根神經撥離的技術, 分離出麻醉大鼠的四種腎磁受器包括, R2 化學受器 (renal R2 chemoreceptor; CR2),腎動脈受器 (renal arterial mechanoreceptor; MRa),腎盂輸 尿管受器 (renal ureteropelvic mechanoreceptor; MRu) 和腎靜脈化學受器 (renal venous mechanoreceptor; RVO)。 本研究亦同時測量腎皮質微循環血流亡 renal cortical microvascular blood flow; CMBF) 與尿排出功能的生化檢測。 結果發現熱敷過程中,CR2 化學受器活性顯著下降,但另三種腎機械受器活性不受影響。 熱敷過程中,CMBF 與尿鈉、 鉀與水的排出則明顯增高。根據這些研究結果,我們推論熱敷方式可以增加腎臟排出某些代 謝廢物,以減低這些化學物質堆積在腎盂區域。而化學活性的降低正可以直接證明此一論點 。 |
英文摘要 | Previous study in our laboratory has found that multifibre renal afferent nervous activity (RANA) were decreased after Sack heating (BH). However, the mechanism is not clear. To investigate which renal sensory receptor is influenced after the application of heat, by means of a C-shaped glass heating pad (42 ± 1 ℃ ) to the skin of the back overlying the kidneys, we used the single fiber recording method to identify four types of renal sensory receptors, R2 chemoreceptor (CR2), arterial mechanoreceptor (MRa), ureteropelvic mechanoreceptor (MRu) and venous mechanoreceptor (MRv) in anesthetized female Wistar rats. Renal cortical micovascular blood flow (CMBF) and urinary water, potassium and sodium output were also determined. It was found that CR2 activity was obviously decreased during and after BH, but three types of MRs were not. CMBF and urine output were significantly increased during and after BH. It is concluded that the decreasing activity of CR2 may imply a protective role to wash out some chemicals and to increase the urine output from the BH-treated kidney. |
