中文摘要 | 本研究是針對板材彎曲成形後影響回彈角大小的一些因素進行實驗,包含工具的 間隙,板材的彎曲方向及機器設備操作的參數等。實驗所用的材料為 1.0 mm 及 1.2 mm 的 低碳鋼板及 SUS 304 不�袗�板,厚度為 1.0 mm。潤滑劑為工業用的壓板油。由實驗得知回 彈角隨著工具間隙增加而增加。彎曲方向與板材輥軋的方向成 90 度時回彈角最大,其次為 45 度,0 度時最小。 頂料板的壓力愈大回彈角也愈大,但若不使用頂料板則回彈角為負值 。彎曲深度愈深回彈角愈小。彎曲成形後衝頭停留時間及衝頭的速度與回彈角的關係不明顯 。 |
英文摘要 | The experimental study is performed to examine the springback angle of sheet bending. The governing parameters indentified in this work are the clearence between punch and die, the bending direction of sheet and forming machine operation. The material of experimental forming sheet are low carbon steel, with thickness being 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm, SUS 304 stainless steel, with thickness being 1.0 mm. The lubricant applied in these experiments is industrial press oil. The experimental results show that the springback angle increases with increasing clearence between punch and die. The springback angle reaches its maximum value for the case of bending angle being vertical to the rolling direction, and has its minimum value for the case of bending angle being parallel to rolling direction. The springback angle is greater for a higher blank holder pressure, and smaller for a larger bending depth. Additionally, the influences of punch holding time after bending and the velocity of punch on springback are not significant. |
