中文摘要 | 本文探討化學成分與二次再結晶退火溫度對極低碳製程方向性矽鋼片二次再結晶 的效應。 研究結果顯示,在 1300 ℃再加熱條件下,單純以 MnS 為晶粒成長抑制劑的鋼料 較以 MnS 和 A'lN 為晶粒成長抑制劑的鋼料有較低的二次再結晶粒開始成長溫度, 前者約 在 1000 ℃左右,後者則在 1100 ∼ 1150 ℃之間;其原因是氮氣氣氛對含鋁元素的鋼料在 熱軋板退火中氮化鋁的析出影響很大,使後者析出大量的氮化鋁,抑制晶粒成長和升高二次 再結晶開始的溫度。前者介在物的溶解溫度較低,抑制晶粒成長的能力較差,使二次再結晶 晶粒開始成長溫度較低。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of chemical composition and annealing temperature on the secondary recrystallization behaviors of extra-low carbon grain oriented electrical steels have been investigated. At the same slab reheating temperature of 1300 ℃, it is found that the abnormal grain growth starting temperature of the steel containging MnS inhibitors is lower than that of the steel containing both MnS and AlN inhibitors. Their abnormal grain growth starting temperatures are around 1000 ℃ and between 1100 ∼ 1150 ℃ respectively. During hot band annealing, nitrogen and aluminum reacts to form large quantity of AlN precipitates in the steel containing aluminum. The AlN retards the normal grain growth and increases the abnormal grain growth starting temperature. Inhibitors in the steel containing MnS inclusions tends to dissolve into matrix at lower temperature and lose their pinning effect. Therefore, abnormal grain growth in the steel containing MnS occurs at morel lower temperature. |
