中文摘要 | 鋼棒表層區域易生成局部粗大肥粒鐵組織是加Ti極低碳鋼應用到下游冷打加工, 產生表面橘皮不良旳主因。經由析出物分析及局部粗大化肥粒鐵組織生成機構之探討後,初 步判斷該粗大組織係因為完軋快冷生成之細晶層, 其晶粒成長驅動力 (driving force) 較 大, 或 Ti 含量過多使得析出物粗大化,以致無法產生足夠釘阻力 (pinning force) 等緣 故,而難以有效阻止二次再結晶所致。再針對此二項機構設計實驗予以改善,並移轉到產線 量產試製後,已獲證實具有減輕橘皮不良的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Abnormal grain growth on the subsurface of Ti-added ultra low carbon steel bars has been found to cause orange peel defect in cold working application. The aim of this paper is to verify the mechanism of abnormal grain growth and to find out measures to decrease orange peel defect. Through investigation of precipitates and abnormal grain structure, it was shown that both formation of fine surface grain which had high driving force of grain growth in fine grain area and coarse precipitates which had insufficient pinning force on the grain boundary migration were the two major factors in the occurrence of secondary recrystallization. According to this mechanism, two remedies were carried out and found able to reduce orange peel defect adequately. |
