英文摘要 | Emotion is the desire and the energy. It has multi-index scuh that it integrates the sensory perception, individual experience, belief, physiological reaction and intention. The interaction between the amygdala of the emotional center and the brain is the key to emotional intelligence (EQ). EQ is closedly related to the emotional management which takes the effect of negative emotions to physical and mental aspects into consideration. To be aware of the nagative emotions and to manage them from three levels such as prevention, healing and symptoms become the theme of the emotional management. To imply the strategies and skills of emotional management is to begin with choosing new emotions, integrating the mind and the body, setting plausible goal and excutig the action plan. It is to explore, manage and renovate the self that we can approach the ultimately excellence. |
