中文摘要 | 為瞭解勞工作業環境品質的現況,管制作業環境中有害物質的排放, 及探討有害 物質對生物體可能造成的影響等,均需依賴分析檢驗方法進行監測。從實際應用的觀點言, 快速、簡便及自動化的分析應為檢驗方法開發的重點所在。為配合勞工安全衛生檢驗的需求 ,並達成快速自動化分析的目標,本研究建立血中鉛的自動化分析技術,並探求其實際應用 於例行分析工作的可行性。 本文包括二個主要部分,其一為探求本自動化分析系統的最適操作條件,包括微波消化腔清 洗條件、消化液酸鹼值穩定性、螫合樹脂濃縮效率穩定性及整體樣品分析系統穩定性探討; 其二以血中鉛的分析為例,利用此一系統實際進行樣品的分析,並探求其推廣應用的可行性 。 |
英文摘要 | The development of biological monitoring method is important in protecting workers who are exposed to hazardous substances. For routine monitoring purpose, the features of rapidity, simplicity and automation are of primary concerns. In this study, an on-line automated system for the determination of lead in blood samples was developed and its applicability to routine biological monitoring was also tested. In this automated analytical system, an atomic absorption spectrometer is used as a detector coupling with the sample pretreatment process consisting of sample digestion and matrix separation/preconcentration. The system operation parameters including digestion efficiency of the microwave digestion chamber, preconcentration efficiency of iminodiacetate resin column, and the overall stability of the on-line system were investigated and optimized. The system has been proven to be effective and applicable to the determination of lead in the blood of workers. |
