中文摘要 | 本研究為瞭解在現行的育種方針之下,檢定公豬心臟形態學各測量值的變異,以 及此變異與臨床血液化學變異之間的關係。結果顯示在心臟形態的性狀中,心重 (HW) 最具 代表,其次為心室中膈後端厚 (PVS),再次為心室中膈前端厚 (AVS)。並由此得心臟大小迴 歸公式, 即心臟大小指數 (Index)=-6.87+0.021 × HW(g)+0.141 × PVS(mm)+0.164 × AVS(mm)。 研究結果又顯示,心臟大小指數與血清中血糖 (Glucose)、羥丁酸去氫�t (HBD) 、鹼性磷酸�t (ALKP) 及乳酸去氫�t (LDH),皆有顯著的相關 (P<0.05)。 利用逐步迴歸法 , 以臨床血液化學的各測量值來預測心臟的大小,在具有顯著相關的變數中以 Glucose 為 首要, 其次是 HBD, 再次為 ALKP。 其迴歸方程式為: Index=-1.35-0.620 × Glucose+1.831 × ln(HBD)-1.732 × ln(ALKP) (r=0.58,P<0.01)。 |
英文摘要 | The study was designed to understand the correlation between variations of heart morphology and clinical chemistry profiles in testing boars. Principal component analysis and stepwise regression revealed that, among the cardiac mo rphological characteristics measured, heart weight (HW) was the chief indicator to express heart size, followed by posterior ventricular septum (PVS) and anterior ventricular septum (AVS) thickness. By stepwise regression analysis, an index of heart size = - 16.87+0.021 × HW + 0.141 × PVS + 0.164 × AVS was obtained. It was also found that the clinicochemical profiles detected could be used to predict the cardiac size index. Glucose was the first indicator among those characteristics; the second and third were HBD and ALKP, respectively. The regression generated was index = - 1.35 - 0.620 × Glucose + 1.831 × ln(HBD) - 1.732 × ln (ALKP), r = 0.58 (P<0.05). |
