中文摘要 | 課程的改進為現今世界各國的共同趨勢,而我國教育部順應世界潮流,因應社會多 元化需求,宣布國民小學自民國八十五學年度起,由民間編輯國小教科用書,以彈性教材來因 材施教。我們咸信,民間大量資金投入教育市場,這對我國未來教育的多元化無疑是一種助力 。然而,教育政策與國家發展息息相關,政策的調整,宜配合適當的周詳計畫。教育部雖然要 求所有初審通過的教科用書試用一年後擬具『試用報告』,並據以改進及提昇教科用書品質。 事實上,教育部並未明確要求教科用書送審者應委託公正的學術單位進行試用結果評鑑工作。 再者,教育部也未明確要求試用報告應探討不同地區(或對象)之試用情形和試用結果的差異 等。故此,在可見的未來,相關的研究必成為一種新趨勢。因此,為了協助相關研究的推行, 本研究欲探討不同教科用書的使用分佈情形,使其在進行抽樣調查時,對其抽樣方法提供一合 理的參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | Worldwide, a great deal of effort is devoted to promoting changes in school curricula. Response to the call in curricula reform, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan announced to open the market of designing primary school textbook in order to reflect the diversity of our cultures and contexts. We believe that, with the economical supports from the community, the quality of our future primary education should be greatly improved. However, any attempt to modify our existing complex educational system should be associated with careful and detailed feedback from the new system for revision. Although the Ministry of Education asked primary school text books developers to report the feedback from teachers and students about the use of their textbooks after a year, she did not request textbook developers to investigate the differences among some important variables, such as different regions, different kinds of school, etc. which may revealed any inadequacy circumstance for the use of their textbooks. It is obvious that the major influence making for the reform have come from many sources and the study of these topics should be useful not only to textbook developers, but also to educators. Thus, the intention of this paper is to present a study of the distribution of using different primary school mathematics textbooks in the light of helping future studies. Moreover, some findings will be discussed in the paper. |
