中文摘要 | 本研究目的在針對國小數學科教師教學,進行觀察、記錄編碼及分析比 較,以探討專家及新手教師在數學科上的行為。教學行為的觀察及記錄,係以 V8攝影機進行為期一單元教學實況錄影(每班五節,共計二十節)。錄影後將教學 實況轉譯成逐字稿,並以「教學語言互動編譯原則」進行編碼,將教學互動方式 轉譯為較單純的符號後,進行統計分析。 本研究的主要發現如次:1.專家比新手教師重視建構與敘述等學習活動方式。2.專 家及新手教師在教學內容的安排都不均勻,且各有所偏。3.專家較新手教師重視 知識及分析等認知歷程。4.新手比專家教師採取較多間接教學。5.專家比新手教 師忽視情意教學。6.專家及新手教師的教學均缺乏多樣化。7.專家教師的學生較 新手教師的學生能領受教學的重要。 |
英文摘要 | This study is designed to observe, record, analyze, and compare themath teaching in elementary schools. The study explores the teachingbehaviors of expert and novice math teachers. The observance andrecording are undertaken by way of video recording a teaching unit witha camcorder (each class five periods, with a total of twenty periods).After the recording, the teaching is transferred into a written draft andcoded with "Coding Principles of Interaction of Teaching". Whenteaching behaviors and classroom interactions are transferred intosimplified symbols, statistic analyses are then conducted. The results of the study include the following seven findings. (1)Expert teachers emphasize more on constructive and descriptive learningactivities than novices do. (2) Both expert and novice teachers havedifferent emphasis and are not balanced in the arrangement of theirteaching content. (3) Expert teachers are paying more attention tocognitive process such as cognitive and analyzing ability than noviceteachers. (4) Novice teachers apply more indirect teaching methodthan expert teachers. (5) Expert teachers pay less attention to affectiveteaching than novice teachers. (6) The teaching of expert and noviceteachers are both short of variety. (7) The students of expert teachersrealized more about the importance of teaching than those of noviceteachers. |
