中文摘要 | 影響英語文教學成功與否的重要因素之一是能否提供學生可吸收的教學內容, 如 果學生不瞭解老師的教課內容,他們不可能成功的學習英語文。本文以科技大學四技的學生 為對象,探討選擇教材及教法的原則及策略。教學內容的選擇取決於教材的實用性及能否符 合學生的語言程度,另外,最重要的因素則是教材必須有趣,可以啟發學生的學習動機。而 教學策略則需配合學生的程度,並提供充分的內容且促使學生利用上課內容做實際的溝通。 |
英文摘要 | One of the most important factors to decide whether or not a language teaching is successful is to provide students with comprehensible lessons. If students do not understand teaching material or their teachers, they do not learn. In order to select appropriate teaching materials that fit the student's needs and proficiency level and to facilitate comprehension in the class, the program designer and the teacher must take into account two questions, namely what to teach and how to teach. What to teach can be generally defined as the teaching content. The content of teaching must be useful and meaningful to students and fit for students' proficiency level. And most of all, it must be interesting so that it can raise the student's motivation. As to how to teach, it refers to strategies to provide students with comprehensible lessons, to provide English which approximate the proficiency levels of the students, to provide enough input, and to get students to use the input for real communication. |
