| 中文摘要 | 本文主要目的是介紹水庫水質改善的各種方法,包括水庫水源水質的控制(或稱污 染源的控制,Source Control),和水庫中水質的控制兩種方法。 前法是治本,後者是治標 。文中並根據歐、美、日的經驗說明各種方法適用的條件,以供未來國內改善水庫水質之參 考。 由歐、美、日的經驗及常理的判斷,若水庫水質不佳,主要是由外部 (外來 ) 負荷所 引起,應採用水庫中水質的控制方法為主。但一般水庫水質改善的方法,常先用治本的污染 源控制,若仍會產生優養,再採用治標的水庫中水質控制方法。 |
| 英文摘要 | There are two approaches in controlling water quality of reservoirs. The first is called source control which is to remove pollutants from surface runoff before reaching the reservoir. The second approach is to improve water quality inside the reservoir by means of physical, chemical and/or biological methods. The purpose of this paper is to describe the approach of different methods and highlight some experimences in characteristics and optimum usage for Japan, America, and European areas, which may provide valuable information for solving reservoir eutrophication problems. In general, if the eutrophication of the reservoir is due to external pollution loads, source control is the major approach to improve water quality, whereas, if the eutrophication is due to internal loads, then internal control is recommended. In most cases, the source control is used first, and followed by internal control methods, if eutrophication persists. |
