中文摘要 | 由屏東萬丹、海豐、里港、九如、鹽埔及內埔茄子地區,採集健康茄子根部,分 離所得之螢光性假單胞菌 (Fluorescent pseudomonads) 26 個菌株, 在 King's B 及 PDA 培養基平板上, 對茄子青枯病菌 (Pseudomonas solanacearum) EPsl 及 Ps99 菌株之生長 ,均具拮抗能力。 其中螢光性假單胞菌 FPP8、9 及 13 三個菌株,在 King's B 培養基平 板上的抑制能力較強。 選取拮抗能力較強之螢光性假單胞菌菌株, 以浸根法接種茄子後, FPP5 及 13 菌株為促進植物生長的根部細菌 (Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria) ,可促進茄子生長。茄子株高約增加 10.0-22.5%,整株重約增加 12.7-37.8%,根部約增加 2.1-71.3%。 但有些具拮抗能力的螢光性假單胞菌菌株可能屬於有害的根部細菌 (Deleterious rhizobacteria),接種後會抑制茄子生長, 抑制率在株高、整株重及根重分 別可達 17.7%、44.3%、28.7%。茄子幼苗根部浸根接種拮抗能力較優之螢光性假單胞菌株後 ,種植於含青枯病菌之土壤中,結果九個供試菌株可減少青枯病之發病程度,其中 FPP5 菌 株之防治效果最佳。 |
英文摘要 | Twenty-six strains of fluorescent pseudomonads isolated from healthy e ggplant roots collected from various fields in pingtung were inhibitory the growth of strains Epsl and Ps99 of Pseudomonas solanacearum on King's B medium and PDA medium. Among them, strains FPP8, FPP9 and FPP13 showed best antagonism on King's B medium, and strains FPP5 showed best antagonism on PDA medium. Strains tested for growth-promoting activity on eggplant seedling, FPP5 and FPP13 were plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, can increased significantly the growth of eggplant. The growth-promoting ratio of plant height. total weight and root weight increased approximately 10.0-25.5%, 12.7-37.8% and 2.1-71.3% respectively. Some strains of fluorescent pseudomonads however, were deleterious rhizobacteria, after inoculation can inhibition the growth of eggplant, the inhibition ratios of plant height, total weight and root weight were 17.7%, 44.3% and 28.7% respectively. Treatment of eggplant seedlings with antagonistic fluorescent pseudomonads prior to planting in the soil infested with pseudomonas solanacearum Ps99 strain reduced the severity of bacterial wilt compared with control. Among nine tested stains, FPP5 was the most promising strain for disease control. |
