中文摘要 | 以玉米臺農 351 號為試驗材料進行人工淹水試驗,試驗結果顯示四葉期玉米幼 苗遭受淹水濕害後,於排水期可以恢復生長,但是仍然有一段遲滯期(約四∼六天)未見植 株有恢復生長的現象。不同性狀恢復能力不相同。此外,不同生育期玉米植株,給予五天淹 水處理,然後排水並於成熟時調查其農藝術狀,發現株高未有明顯的改變,但是植物總乾物 質的累積減少,莖稈變成織細不結實,可能影響果穗的生長,而導致產量的降低。 |
英文摘要 | Pot-grown corn cv. Tainung351 seedlings were subjected to 3 or 5 days waterlogging. Plant growth can recovery after drainage, yet the recovery growth have a lag phase for 4 to 6 days, Recovery capacity varied with characteristics, nitrate reductase activity was recovered within 6 days after drainage, whereas the recovery responses were delay and in dry matter accumulation, plant elongation and chlorophyll content. At maturation, plant height was not reduced, but total dry matter was decreased and culm was slenderized that caused by waterlogging treatment during seedling stage. |
